BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Geortravel Booking Terms and Conditions
Check Availability & Required Documents
✔ Check Availability: Chat with us on Messenger to check availability.
✔ Required Documents: Submit a clear scanned copy of a valid passport for enlistment to customerservice@geortravel.com.
Reservation & Payment
✔ Guarantee Deposit
A PHP 15,000 per person deposit is required to secure the reservation.
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within 3 business days of receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
Failure to settle within this period may result in the automatic release of the booking.
✔ Booking Holding Period
Reservations are held for 3 business days only.
Failure to settle the Guarantee Deposit within this period will result in the automatic release of the booking.
✔ Full Payment
The remaining balance must be settled 30 days before departure to secure the slot.
Failure to settle the payment on time may result in slot release and deposit forfeiture.
For bookings made less than 1 month before departure, full payment must be completed within 3 days after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
✔ Book and Buy Policy
Once the deposit is acknowledged, the booking is considered confirmed and final.
Cancellations are no longer allowed after this point.
Ticketing & Travel Policies
✔ Ticket Issuance
Tickets are issued approximately 1 week before departure.
Ticket issuance may be adjusted based on peak season demand and airline availability.
✔ Date Transfer Policy
Once the Guarantee Deposit is paid, the travel date is final.
Date changes after payment are considered a new booking and cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policies
✔ Cancellation Policy
All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be rebooked.
No refunds for unused services (hotels, transportation, flights).
Both Guarantee Deposit and Full Payment will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
✔ Credit Note Policy
In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued as a TRAVEL FUND.
This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be used for future bookings with Geortravel.
✔ Immigration Process Policy
If a passenger fails the immigration process, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable.
Immigration clearance is at the sole discretion of immigration officers.
Flight & Travel Adjustments
✔ Flight Schedule Adjustments
If there are sudden airline schedule changes, clients are required to follow the new schedule.
✔ Rebooking Policy
Rebooking is only allowed in cases of:
Natural calamities
Force majeure (war, riots, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics)
Mandated cancellations by government authorities
Refunds are NOT an option.
