BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Geortravel Booking Terms and Conditions

Check Availability: Chat with us on Messenger to check availability.
Required Documents: Submit a clear scanned valid ID with Date of Birth for enlistment to customerservice@geortravel.com.

Reservation & Payment

Guarantee Deposit: A 50% deposit per person is required to secure the reservation. This guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Failure to do so may result in the release of the booking.
Booking Holding Period: Reservations are held for three (3) business days only. Failure to settle the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the automatic release of the booking.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before departure. Failure to do so may result in the release of the slot and forfeiture of the deposit. For bookings made less than a month before departure, full payment is required within THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
Book and Buy: Once the deposit is acknowledged, the booking is considered confirmed and final, and cancellations can no longer be processed.

Ticketing & Travel Policies

Ticket Issuance: Issuance of tickets is finalized approximately one week before departure. However, this may be adjusted based on demand, peak seasons, and airline operational capacity.
Date Transfer Policy: Once the Guarantee Deposit is paid, the selected travel date is final. Any request for a date change after payment is considered a new booking and cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policies

Cancellation Policy: All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for unused services, including hotels, transportation, and flights. Both Guarantee Deposit and Full Payment will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
Credit Note Policy: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued in the form of a TRAVEL FUND, which is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be used for future bookings with Geortravel.

Flight & Travel Adjustments

Flight Schedule Adjustments: If there are sudden airline schedule changes, clients are required to follow the new flight schedule.
Rebooking Policy: Rebooking is allowed only in cases of natural calamities, force majeure (war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics), or mandated cancellations by government authorities. Refunds are not an option.
