• Rates & Currency: All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Booking Confirmation: No bookings are held until a deposit is received and services are confirmed.

• Payment Policy: Full payment is required before departure to secure all services. Late payments may result in price adjustments or cancellations.

• Non-Refundable Services: Any unused services, including rooms (early checkout or no-show), tours, meals, and transfers, are non-refundable.

• Hotel Policy: Room type and bed configuration (Twin/Double) are subject to availability upon check-in.

🚗 Transfers & Tour Policies

• Airport Transfers:

  • Arrival Transfer: Available from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM only. Midnight arrivals require a surcharge.

  • Departure Transfer: Guests must be ready at least 4 hours before flight departure for pick-up.

• Midnight Transfer Surcharge: Applies from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM at PHP 600 per person per way.

• Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Basis: Tours and transfers operate on a shared basis, requiring guests to be on time to avoid missing the service.

• Tour Itinerary: The order of activities in the itinerary may change due to operational concerns, weather, or traffic conditions.

❌ Additional Fees & Charges

• Tourism Tax: RM10 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.

• Compulsory Tipping: To be settled before departure.

• Hotel Security Deposit: Required at check-in and refundable upon check-out, subject to no damages.

• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended but not included in the package.

• Peak Season Surcharges: Additional fees apply during holidays, peak seasons, and major events in Kuala Lumpur.
