📌 General Terms & Conditions

• Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No bookings are held until a deposit is received.

• Payment Policy: Full payment must be settled prior to travel to secure all services. Late payments may result in price changes or cancellations.

• Non-Refundable Services: Any unused services, including rooms (early checkout or no-show), tours, meals, and transfers, are non-refundable.

• Hotel Policy: Room type and bed configuration (Twin/Double) are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

🚗 Transfers & Tour Policies

• Airport Transfers: Shared transfers are available only between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Guests arriving outside this schedule must arrange a private transfer at an additional cost.

• Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Basis: All tours and transfers are on a shared SIC basis, meaning guests must be on time to avoid missing the service.

• Tour Itinerary: The order of activities in the itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or operational concerns.

• Guide Services: Transfers include driver assistance only unless otherwise stated.

❌ Additional Fees & Charges

• Midnight Transfer Surcharge: Arrivals between 6:01 PM - 11:00 PM will incur a PHP 1,500 per person per way surcharge.

• Compulsory Tipping: USD 7 per person, to be collected before departure.

• Non-Filipino Surcharge: Additional USD 30 per person applies for non-Filipino travelers.

• Hotel Security Deposit: To be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in. Refundable upon checkout if no damages occur.

• Peak Season Surcharges: Additional charges may apply for holidays and peak seasons, subject to confirmation at booking.
